What is a challenge or fitness group?
Watch the video for a better understanding of what it is, but in simple terms, it is all about accountability. Do you remember when you hear that one of the ways to stay motivated is to have a workout partner? This is it. In a group you have a bunch of like-minded women who want to work on their fitness goals just like you. We’re all here to support each other, and keep each other accountable.
What does it involve?
When you work with me, you’ll be added to one of my groups so you get great support. The whole program includes:
- A Fitness Program that can range from 21 days to 90 days, and from 30 to 60 minutes a day. We’ll pick the program that best fits your needs together
- Full nutrition guide with meal plan ideas and recipes
- 30-days of the nutrition-dense meal Shakeology
- Free 30-day trial to On Demand workouts
- Private Facebook online accountability group
- FREE support from me
- Extras: Some programs may come with extra goodies such as portion control containers, or a resistance band.
